BURMA 2009

Actually I have been inside Burma from November 2008 to January 2009, but I am filing the photos in the 2009 folder.

This time I have mostly travelled to the Shan refugee camps and Shan State Army camps along the Thai / Burma border, as my focus this time was my research for my Shan text-book and not for taking photos.

My deepest thanks go to everyone, who I met on this travel and who told me their sometimes very personal stories.
